• Who can join the StartMail Affiliate Program?

  We place a high value on all our affiliate partnerships. Our goal is to build long-term cooperations, raise awareness of the importance of email privacy and drive success together. You can join our program if you fall into the following categories:

  • Content creators (Podcaster, Blogger, YouTuber, Vlogger, Social Influencer)
  • Publishers and media
  • Comparison and review websites

  We are also open to collaborate with other businesses and organizations that share our values - please reach out with your ideas.

• Is there any cost to become an affiliate?

  No, it's a free program.

• How do I get started?

  To sign up for our affiliate program, simply fill out the application form linked above. A member of our team will review your application. Upon being accepted to the program, you will receive an e-mail notification with your login information. You will then get access to your custom referral link, marketing assets and your own analytics dashboard and can start earning rewards.

• How much can I earn?

  As our Affiliate you will receive 100% commission on any Qualified Transaction (Net Sales Value) for the first year.
  This includes:

  • Any yearly subscription.
  • Any additional purchases during the first subscription year such as additional mailboxes or other add-ons.
  • Upgrades from monthly to yearly plans if the subscription is younger than 1 year.

  
  Example: Your referred user has purchased a yearly subscription at a final cost of $30 (after applying any discounts), your commission is 100% which is $30.

• How and when do I get paid?

  Commissions become available for payment monthly, once the total earned reaches $100.

• Can I promote StartMail through PPC?

  Yes, you can use PPC networks to promote StartMail. However, you cannot use our name and/or branded keywords for bidding. You are also not allowed to use them in headlines or descriptions. If you use PPC advertising, all traffic should be sent to your website and not directly to us.

• Are there any non-authorized promotional activities?

  Yes. Affiliates must not:

  • Use spamming methods on email or any other platform;
  • Use any type of illegal or deceptive marketing;
  • Use materials that do not match our brand guidelines;
  • Drive fake traffic and/or conversion;
  • Promote our product on adult or gambling websites;
  • Use StartMail branded names in PPC advertising (in headlines/descriptions) or engage in overbidding (using branded keywords in targeting);
  • Use misleading information.
• Where do I find the marketing assets?

  You can find the marketing assets on our affiliate platform after you have succesfully signed up to the program. We provide logos, banner ads, copy & suggestions on how to best promote our services.
