Our largest markets are currently located in the United States and Germany. Now that we are growing as a company - in a time where online privacy is becoming a popular topic in both the public and private sector - we are looking to hire an additional team member as soon as possible. The Support team member will primarily be responsible for:
Answering Support tickets in German and English
Processing feedback in our Zendesk Support system
Writing and editing Support Center articles in German and English
The job will primarily be based in The Hague but can be done remotely
German and English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a requirement
It is an added bonus if the team member also has experience working with privacy tools and technology, creating content and copywriting.
Our primary Support tools consist of Zendesk, Email, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and FileMaker. Our Support team is known for being fast, friendly, and informative!
